Nous revenons de 3 jours dans la jungle de Cape Tribulation. On a fait des ballades dans la foret tropicale de Daintree, la plus ancienne foret tropciale du monde. C'est magique.
Dommage que nous ne pouvons plublier de photos aujourd'hui, on a oublie l'appareil photo dans la voiture, dans le parking. La prochaine fois, c'est promis (mais ne vous attendez pas a me voir sauter de liane en liane en bikini de fourure de kangourou).

Demain, nous commencons notre cours Padi de plongee sous-marine. Ca va durer 5 jours, dont 3 sur un bateau, dans la grande barriere de corail. Autant vous dire qu'on est plutot excite a l'idee de faire le grand plongeon, meme si un peu reticent au niveau des requins :)
On a achete une pochette etanche pour l'appreil photo, j'espere qu'on aura de belles photos a vous montrer a notre retour.



So, we're just coming back from a 3 day-trip to Cape Tribulation where we spent a fantastic time walking in the jungle, apparently, the oldest in the world!

We stayed in a nice campsite where we met a great Scottish couple, who reminded us how great Scotland was. After a couple of days with them, we just wanted to eat haggis and drink whisky...
(We hope to meet you again in Cairns, Pam and Rob, and maybe share some deep fried Mars bars!)

Sorry we can't post any pics of the jungle, we left the camera in the car, at the carpark.
Will do so next time, though. But don't expect me to jump from vine to vine in a kangaroo-fur bikini:)

Tomorrow, we're starting our Open Water Padi course. We're really excited about exploring the Great Barrier reef, and hopefully we won't meet any unfriendly sharks:) Just nice Nemo fishes...
The course is 5 days long, including 3 days on the boat.

We bought an underwater case for the camera, so we're hoping to take some nice shots to show you when we're back.
